Director of Development
Reagle Players, Inc., a not-for-profit theatre located in Waltham, MA, is seeking a Director of Development. The Development Director for Reagle Players will work with producers, board members, and staff to shape and lead a comprehensive development program to sustain this nonprofit theatre, including funds for the annual operations' budget, major gift campaigns, and special projects.

Duties
* Plan and implement a comprehensive plan to meet budget needs and build reserves.
* Identify and solicit contributions from individuals, foundations, and corporations.
* Develop and implement strategies for major gift and planned giving campaigns.
* Build and sustain relationships with donors, including one-on-one relationships, and create special events to connect donors to the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in related field of communications, marketing, non-profit management and/or business, experience in planning major fundraising events, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong computer and database skills, and an energetic and creative attitude. Professional work in non-profit development and leadership positions, documented success in raising major gifts, and experience in planned giving and endowment fundraising will be to the applicant's advantage. Salary is negotiable, dependant on experience. Excellent benefits.
